Dayalan Govender, Partner, PwC South Africa

Dayalan leads the PwC Advisory HR Transformation: integrated solution practice across South Africa, where he drives the Government and Public Sector industry sector nationally.

He has more than 20 years of experience in driving business transformation across process, people, learning and technology across a number of sectors.  He has also worked in the basic and  higher education sector and in particular for UNISA for 8 years as an Academic and as a Regional Academic manager (KZN)  

In addition to these attributes, Dayalan has worked on a number strategic HR related transformation over his 14 years stint with PwC. He has served on the Board of directors of IPM in SA (2012-2014) and now serves on the board of the South Africa Board of People Practitioners (SABPP) since 2018. His is an associate of the Institute of Directors (IoD) in SA and is a registered & accredited Master HR practitioner with the SABPP.
