Mr. Peter Mapigano holds MsC in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University and, BPA (Human Resource Management), from Mzumbe University. He has vast experience in offering consultancy services in reference check, background check, salary review, job evaluation, organisation re-engineering, performance appraisal systems, development of scheme of service, and designing competence-based job descriptions

Peter is a high performing, strategic, focused, analytical and articulate individual. Peter has worked in various Industries (Sectors) such as Mining, Banking, Telecom, Clearing & Forwarding & Tertiary Organizations such as TPB Bank PLC, Vodacom, African Barrick Gold Mine Limited (ABG), Ardhi University and Utegi Technical Enterprises, where he has delivered impactful results. Apart from the above descriptions, Peter is also hard working, focused, strategist and a very good team player. Apart from participating in a number of consultancies works, has also headed a number of working teams.

Peter has worked on various levels, junior, middle, senior and in strategic positions where in my career, He has dealt with issues of policies formulations & implementations, strategy formulations & implementations, business planning, industrial relations, negotiations, governance, industrial relations, managing performance, conflicts management. His last employer was TPB Bank PLC (formerly Tanzania Postal Bank) where among others, he has held various positions namely Director of Human resources and Administrations (DHRA), Head of Training and Development, Chief Manager Training and Development. Currently, Peter is the Managing Director of Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Limited.
